Baking Classes

We are so excited to welcome you all back for our baking classes! Face masks and gloves will be required at all times. Class sizes will be limited to 50% capacity as well. Each guest will have their temperature taken before the class and will be required to sign a waiver before participating in the class. 

  • Our classes are held at 594 Somerville Avenue in Somerville, MA. There is street parking available, as well as a parking lot on Bleachery Court, both free of charge.

  • Class duration will range anywhere from 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on class size.


  • Children over 12 years old are more than welcome to join the class. We welcome parents to wait in our guest area in the front of the shop or buy another spot to join together!

  • Email us at to redeem the Gift Certificate. Please let us know the class date you want to join and the name who purchased the gift certificate for you!


If you need to cancel or reschedule a purchased class, we ask for 48 hours to process the request. Classes cancelled within 48 hours will not receive a refund and we cannot reschedule to a future class without 48 hours notice before the class you originally purchased.

You can join the waiting list if the class that you want is full, and we will contact you if anyone cancels!

French Macaron Class


Private classes for you and your friends, coworkers or family can be scheduled! A minimum of 8 guests is required to book a private class. Host the event with at least 7 other guests and your admission is free! Email us to set up your private class. 


In our French macaron class, you will learn the techniques to master the tricky, yet delicious macarons. You will receive our tried and true recipes while learning our chef's tips and tricks. You will make your macarons 100% from scratch and bring home everything you created (An $85 value!)

This class is for beginners or those who have attempted these treats! Bread, wine, and cheese are included!


In our Artisan Breads classes, you will learn the basic techniques to bread making. While learning the fundamentals of these recipes you will sip on wine and snack on cheese! In the Artisan Breads class, you will make our classic Challah bread, Herb Ciabatta, and Focaccia. Prepare to go home with more fresh, steaming bread than you can eat alone!


In our Pate a Choux class, you will learn the basic techniques to make choux paste. You will make eclairs, cream puffs, swans and Paris-Brests from scratch and bring home boxes of all the treats you made so come hungry! You will make all of the dough, pipe and bake it then make all of the fillings from scratch. Enjoy bread, wine & cheese throughout as well!


In our Tarts class, you will learn to make tart/pie dough from scratch. You will then roll out the dough by hand and make tart shells. You will then make the fillings for a Fresh Fruit Tart, Chocolate Raspberry Tart, Blueberry Streusel Tart & an Apple Tart. You will learn the tips and tricks to make working with pie dough less tricky!


In our Candy Drip Cake class, you will make a 4 tiered chocolate & salted caramel cake. You will learn to level, stack and ice your cake. Then we will decorate them with chocolate drip, chocolate decorations, and candy. Each guest will bring home their own decorated cake.
