In this class you will learn the basic techniques and science behind breads. You will make the Baguettes, Country Loaf and Gruyere Rolls. (Artisan Breads Class I is not prerequisite)

Artisan Breads Class II - Friday, April 17th (6pm-9pm)

  • All of our baking classes are non refundable. If you need to change to a different class date, we require 1 weeks notice. If we receive less than 1 weeks notice we will do our best to fill the space. You may transfer the spot to another person or we can try to find a replacement. If we cannot find a replacement, then your space will be forfeited

    We do require a minimum of 4 students per class. Guests scheduled in a class with less than that amount will be given the option to switch to a different class or a refund.
