In this class you will learn the basic techniques and science behind breads. You will make the classic Baguette, Country Loaf and Gruyere Cheese Rolls. You will bring home all of the fresh bread that you baked. Due to COVID-19, there will be a maximum class size of 6 people and face masks will be required. Temperatures will be taken before the class begins and every guest will be required to sign our Class Waiver Form (a copy of it is available on the Classes page of our website for you to view) Let's get baking!
