In this class, you will learn the basic techniques to make a french macaron, except bigger! You will make large, dessert size macarons from scratch and the mousses to fill them. You will make Raspberry Rose, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Praline and Birthday Cake.


Due to COVID-19, there will be a maximum class size of 6 people and face masks will be required.
