In this class you will learn the basic techniques to make a french macaron, except bigger! In this class you will make large, dessert size macarons from scratch and the mousses to fill them. You will make Raspberry Rose, Lemon Meringue, Chocolate Praline and Birthday Cake.

Big Macarons - Thursday, April 16th (6pm-8:30pm)

  • All of our baking classes are non refundable. If you need to change to a different class date, we require 1 weeks notice. If we receive less than 1 weeks notice we will do our best to fill the space. You may transfer the spot to another person or we can try to find a replacement. If we cannot find a replacement, then your space will be forfeited.


    We do require a minimum of 4 students per class. Guests scheduled in a class with less than that amount will be given the option to switch to a different class or a refund.
