In this class you will assemble a Candy Drip Cake. You will make the salted caramel filling as well as our Swiss Meringue Buttercream. You will assemble your own 3 layer chocolate cake with chocolate ganache drip and top with all the candy you could want! Due to COVID-19, a face mask must be worn throughout the entire class and temperatures will be taken before the class begins. A Class Waiver (view a pdf on our Classes page) will be supplied and asked to sign before the class begins. Let's get baking!
