In this class, you will learn to make Pate a Choux dough from scratch! You will make Cream Puffs, Eclairs and Swans, including their fillings made from scratch. Due to COVID-19, a face mask will be required the entire class and you will only bring home what you made. We will take temperatures before the class begins and a Class Waiver must be signed before you can enter the class. A copy of the Waiver is available on the Classes page of our website for you to view. Let's get baking!
