In this class, you will learn to make pie dough from scratch. While pate sucree dough is resting, you will make lemon mousse to fill your Lemon Meringue Pie then top with toasted Italian Meringue. Next you will make our delicious wild Maine blueberry filling.


You will take home your two pies as well as the recipes and knowledge to make them yourself at home for the holidays!
